Which registrar to choose?

Hello.
I settled on 2 domain name registrars:
1. https://internetbs.net
2. https://www.namecheap.com
Which one would you personally choose and why?

Well, namecheap is an old (2001) and well-known registrar (not a reseller, although it used to be), there are two good points:
1 dns is kept by verisign - a solid office that serves two root dns
2 very adequate support through chats, chat operators there from somewhere in the post Soviet countries, which is very pleasing (God forbid you communicate with Indians like godaddy)
Who are internetbs.net I xs, judging by the site of the office of the 15th year, most likely a reseller of some kind.

I would choose the cheaper one.
Also consider the cost of renewals.
ps according to this principle, domains are registered with 7 different registrars. =) everything works like clockwork.
This is not a hosting, where the work of the site depends on it.

namechip
- free whois privacy (in the comments they indicated that I was wrong about the paid whois privacy)
- supports EFF.org
- support is clearly located in Ukraine
