there are two options for fozzy 230 rub. extension 830r. on reg.ru 89r extension 1800r.
Should I buy from fozzy.com is it reliable?

If you "play around", then do not care who to take. If the project is "long" - then it is better to bet on a decent registrar who will not throw. IMHO of course.
