Which Raspberry PI model to take so that VTware does not choke?

question is this: having seriously and for a long time to contact Raspberry + VTware to organize jobs for RDP users, I stuck with the question: what kind of Raspberry should I take?

I see that there is a model 3, but there seems to be only 1GB, and there is a model 4, where versions with 2GB, 4GB and even 8GB are available.

The question is, which version of VTware can handle 1 single (well, maximum two) RDP sessions? Is it worth taking 4GB or 2GB is it quite possible to pull out such a task?
