Which RAID controller to choose for the server?
The servers are equipped with RAID controllers Fujitsu d2516-c11 ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fujitsu-D2516-C11-GS1-325... ) and Intel® SRCSATAWB ( https://ark.intel.com/ content/www/ru/ru/ark/produc... ). Unfortunately they are out of production. Please advise a modern RAID controller that can replace them without reassembling the arrays?

Vendorlock of such iron is the norm.
Unfortunately, universal software drivers can significantly reduce speed or reliability (look for software drivers for reading raids without hardware, we are not talking about high performance, but only about working with data during the transition to another format).
Such is the selyavi.
Test a software raid or even btrfs/zfs on your workloads, and if you have enough, switch to it.
Without reassembling the array, it will not work at all from the word at all. Even when switching from a model, let's say from 4 baskets to a model from 8 of the same vendor of the same series - there is a chance that the array will not be collected, and you swung at the vendor to change :)
Only backup, only hardcore.
Raid controllers even of the same company but of different series are often NOT interchangeable.
As an option, look for the used controllers you need, I have several used ones in production and a couple more in stock.
