Good afternoon! The company has to serve many sites, systems. I would like to find a system that satisfies the following requirements as much as possible:
1) You can save any data about service objects (URLs, logins, etc.);
2) Create cyclic tasks with notifications and reminders (for example, do a newsletter on the 5th day of each month);
3) Create tasks taking into account the necessary time that needs to be spent to solve it, taking into account the execution time, etc.
4) Record incidents. Let's say the site crashed at such and such a time for such and such a reason and taking into account the time to eliminate the incident.
5) It is desirable (but not necessary) that clients can log in with their login and monitor the progress of their project maintenance
