We work in a scientific organization. The laboratory is large enough for 25-30 people. People often work from home, on business trips, or in offices in other buildings. You need a project and task management system. We tried Bitrix24, but there is a lot of things that we don’t need, plus time tracking only at the maximum rate. Trello is not convenient. We use bitbucket for the code, but it is inconvenient to discuss tasks there.
What you need:
- Mobile application;
- Project and task management. Tasks are long, from a week to six months, not Agile. We need the functionality of deadlines and discussion of the task (messages with pictures attached);
- A board with announcements that everyone can see, similar to the Live feed in Bitrix24 or wiki pages;
- Chat for messages with attachments of files and pictures;
- Voluntary control of working time. Timer and form for a mini-report.
CRM, sales and everything else we do not need at all.
