Hello.
The customer set the task of implementing software or a cloud solution (preferably) to maintain a database of drivers for his opening taxi fleet. Each driver in the system should look like a profile with a photo, custom fields to fill in the system.
Dedicated taxi solution preferred. It is possible and even desirable paid and support is necessary.
Desirable:
-Integration with CityTaxi and other aggregators.
-Work on any computer from a browser
-Mobile application possible
-Installation payment must be spread out as a monthly fee -Work on
windows -Additional

It seems to me that something a la HRM systems with API integration with online dispatching will suit you. The same 1C is quite ... only with the refinement of integration.
