Which program to choose?

Hello!
You need a free analogue of Avocode with the following features:

• Open PSD files
  
• Ability to export pictures from PSD files
  
• View text properties in PSD (font, size, style, uppercase / not uppercase), line height
  
• Ability to measure distances between objects in pixels
  

Adobe XD is not suitable because incorrectly displays multi-layered PSD files. The closest option I know is Zeplin, but everything is very bad there with the export of images.
