Are there adequate prices for page layout?

Hello! There are 30 unique pages (about 50 in total). I read on the Internet that the adequate price of layout is 1 thousand rubles. On fl, they offer to type for 1 page from 5k to 10k. Are they overpriced or not? And what do they depend on? If you take it cheaper, then the quality can also be worse?
ps Judging by the design, some for 60k did much worse than others for 30k, but in design you can evaluate the work, but how is it in layout?

In any custom work (piece) there is a very large variation in quality and price.
Literally dozens of times.
There is no analogy with the goods in the store. Where really the same product (or really similar product) can cost either more or less. But at the same time, it will remain the same or comparable in quality goods.
Work is always different .
Let me blow your mind: they can make up both more expensive and worse than cheaper and better.
Bad layout leads to:
1. Impossibility to view the site from different browsers. From an incorrect image to the complete impossibility for some of your visitors to see at least something. Or even before the fall of browsers. These people will not visit you again.
2. Long page loading. Not everyone will wait. Whoever doesn’t wait, they won’t come to you anymore and they won’t bring friends.
3. Incorrect display on different resolution screens. Whoever sees nothing or sees terrible shoals will not come to you again.
If your requirements include support for Internet Explorer (or at least IE7-IE8) - then the price of high-quality layout will be even higher than the prices you specified.
You are free to choose how valuable visitors are to you.
Because design is subjective.
And you just look at the layout on different browsers and different screens (or simply by changing the size of the browser window).
And don't forget to test from different smartphones (also on different browsers). You can do this yourself.
It is more difficult for a non-professional to evaluate the page loading speed. It's easier to ask another pro to measure the speed. It doesn't take long - it won't be expensive.

First order a couple of pages to a cheap artist, if it's normal, then continue to work.
Why overpay Angela if the neighbor Masha is doing just as well?

adequate price of layout - 1 thousand rubles.

What layout? Layout layout is different. And the page can be different in complexity, and the requirements for the "page", and the page can also be interactive, it can contain complex elements.
Request an estimate for the entire project as a whole, so it will be more adequate.
Compared to design, layout is much easier to bring to formal evaluation criteria. For example: code quality, image compliance by screens (resolutions), devices, adaptation of elements for mobile devices, average number of flaws per screen, etc.

In my opinion, it all depends on the quality you are looking for. if you are satisfied with some flaws, then it can be cheaper. If you need good quality, printed texts, attention to detail, and so on, then naturally more expensive.

>>> but in design you can evaluate the work, but how is it in layout?
You can evaluate according to the following criteria:
1) See how the site displays in all browsers
2) See how the site displays on mobile and tablets
3) How quickly the page loads
4) How the site behaves when there is too much or too much content in any area too little
