Which processor to choose for MSI H61M-P20?

The budget mother MSI H61M-P20 appeared on the hands. According to the documentation, it supports processors up to i7 2600. But it would be more economical to install some kind of xeon. Does this make sense for such and such a mother, and if not, what kind of analogues?

e3-12xx, v2 is better, you can put it. It makes sense - the Chinese can be quite budgetary if you do not chase the top 1290. At the same frequency, it will actually be the same i7, but several thousand cheaper.
You may only need a bios update.
