Which processor to buy for a good start for the future?

Which processor to buy for a good start for the future? To set and forget, I'm not interested in overclocking.
The choice is between Ryzen 3700x and Ryzen 3900x .
I assemble a PC for 2-3 modern toys, 3D modeling in Blender, WEB design (AI, PS, XD, Figma) and programming.

Considering that you are engaged in WEB design, and therefore you will work in Photoshop + Blender 3D, it would be better for you to use AMD Ryzen 9 3900X because it has more cores and to put it and forget it somewhere for 4 years 100% fit. However, the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X will suffice too. But if the budget does not hit hard, then take the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

ARM is a real reserve for the future! What naf Intel, AMD? Qualcomm is the choice of champions.
Well, to be honest, although the software is optimized for Intel, Ryzen is also cool processors and a good choice for a work and home computer. For Ryzen, by the way, software patches are being released, so there are cases (and there are many of them) when Ryzen gave performance comparable and even superior to chips from Intel. It's just worth looking at which software performance is critical for you (I'm generally out in GIMP with Celeron N3050, 4GB LPDDR3 and normal) and compare the test results of the chips of interest.
