Which portable web server should you choose?

Good afternoon.
Recommend a portable server for windows.
Software included in php, mysql, apache/nginx
The main requirement is the ability to run the server from a flash drive/dropbox/Yandex.disk from any Windows machine.
For development, I used xampp before, but when transferring it, it requires changing the path in the mysql / php / apache configs.
It is also desirable to be able to run it on a machine without administrative access.

discover virtual machines
