Connecting php scripts to html via Denwer?

The problem is as follows, there is an index.html file, I connected css styles via php, that is, I registered all the styles in the php file, and connected it to html via include_once , everything works fine on hosting, but for some reason denwer does not want to read php scripts , respectively, styles are not applied, denver works OK. What could be the problem?

Maybe you didn't get .htaccess from the server? Well, or there is a php extension, not .html and .css
