Which poppy modification to choose?

I decided to change the laptop, I looked after the firmware 13 2018 with a touchbar. I probably reviewed all the videos about this and the next models, but I could not decide. I need a laptop for web development (in the future, and more complex, such as X-code, and I was also going to start easy installation in 3 years). I choose between 16gb ram and 256ssd or 8gb ram and 512ssd. What do you think is more important?

The operator is clear. hdd / ssd, you can buy an external one or replace the built-in one, but you can’t do anything with RAM.
