Which plugin for Sublime Text 3 to apply tags to multiple lines?

I forgot which plugin is responsible for this. The bottom line is that you select several lines, press ctrl + shift + e (at least I had such a hot key), a small window pops up in which you need to enter the desired tag (or several, for example, li *> p), press Enter and selected lines refer to these tags.
