Which plugin do you recommend for Wordpress to filter pages?

What do you actually advise for the implementation of the functionality as on the site - greenlandsproperty.com? What plugin does something similar? So far I settled on - wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields
Maybe you know a better solution?

ACF is a smart plugin for custom fields, but not for searching and filtering. Although if the fields themselves are there, it’s not a problem to add the filtering functionality yourself, WP_Query is a powerful and flexible thing.
