Which CMS to choose for a simple business card site?

The question arose of choosing an easy-to-use CMS for a business card site.
Requirements - the minimum entry threshold, normal appearance, maximum security, where without it.
It is also desirable to have someone to ask, i.e. community.

Perhaps it makes sense to take some kind of flat file CMS (but with them, according to the last point, as I understand it, it will be worse) - higher speed, less problems with installation.

Which CMS are currently the most relevant with the above in mind? We all know Joomla, WordPress, and Drupal, but maybe something else relevant has appeared in the last couple of years?

Pay attention to October CMS , which is as ascetic as possible out of the box. The default distribution doesn't even have user roles or navigation controls. All of this is set up via plugins if needed.
minimum entry threshold

In general, October is a CMS for developers, but now there are already a fairly large number of ready-made solutions in the marketplace (including a page builder based on Bootstrap), there is a good introductory video course in English.
normal appearance

This is a subjective question, but October is definitely not like other CMS. Here, how it goes. Someone prays for the MODX resource tree, but there is no such thing anywhere, and after MODX you don’t want to have it anywhere.
maximum security, where without it

With security with t.z. architecture, everything is fine, as evidenced by the small number of vulnerabilities found all the time.
It is also desirable to have someone to ask, i.e. community.

Telegram has a good Russian-speaking community.

October CMS - Best Flat File CMS 2018 and at the same time works with the database.
