Which platform would you choose to organize an Open-Source project community?

Hello, I am a beginner developer, in my free time I develop a small repository on Github. This is a starter kit that is designed to create super-fast static blogs built with Gatsby, Graphql and React.
Just remembered that you can create a community.
The main goal is to increase the flow of minor issues related to the project, notifications of new releases, deployments of circleci , travis and netlify , as well as dividing participants into groups by language.
What do you think about Discord, Slack and Spectrum? And is such a community really necessary?
