Which php-library to choose for working with ip-addresses?

In the project, the task arose to implement a mechanism for managing a pool of ip-addresses - to add new ones, to allocate subnets. Googled, found only Open Network Administrator, but that's not it at all. Have you come across a php library for these purposes?
