Which PHP framework to use for a small shop without a cart?

There is a very cheap hosting with primitive support for php and mysql.
I would like to have a RESTful API from PHP that AngularJS will access.
Or give up on all this, tk. Angular lends itself very poorly to SEO, and server-side rendering is unrealistic on such a hosting?

As they say, the shortest road is the one that you know .. so here .. write on what you know and on what is more convenient for you .. this is IMHO.
What's wrong with SEO? There seems to be a lot of ways to optimize this.

Well, take yii2 the same https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2/blob/master/docs/g... and change the hosting in order to put something generating on the server
