Which payment system for the Russia/Europe website, working with individuals, should I choose?

The question is hackneyed, but so that all the requirements were clearly visible, I did not find it anywhere. :(
1. Working with an individual in Russia. (We want to try how it goes)
2. Accepting cards and payments from Russia, the CIS in rubles.
3. Accepting cards and payments from European countries in euros. We need an interface in English (no one writes about this)
4. Payment by one method at a time.My user chooses if he wants a card - he gets to pay only with a card.In a word, I want the zoo of choice to be on my site, and not on the payment system.
I look in the direction of the interkassa, but I don’t know yet how it is with payment by only one method and the reviews are alarming. And there is no payment in euros.
As for accepting payments with an English interface in euros, no one writes whether it is or not :(

Payeer is suitable for you, it accepts euros, it works with individuals. The stick (paypal) died this summer for RFii.
