Which password manager to choose for cross-platform?

I have about 150 accounts on different sites. When I used Cent Browser, passwords were stored in Google Password Manager. Now I use different browsers and I need to somehow synchronize the passwords.
It is desirable to store passwords in the cloud, but it is also possible in a local DBMS.
Recommend a cross-platform password manager.
