How to manage passwords in windows with remote users?

Hello. My question is this. There are two remote assistants on ebay, the idea is this: they should enter ebay without knowing the password, just saved in the cache on click. I planned to implement this in chrome, since chrome asks for a password, but it turned out that it does not ask for an administrator password, but a user password. Can someone give me a hint on how to implement this?
