1.Virtualbox.
For free. It's over, it can glitch at some points, but it's free. Plus it doesn't have DirectX support. Installation is quite trivial - download the image of Windows and slip it to VirtualBox, then as if you were putting it on a clean machine.
2. Parallels.
Not for free. But the product is well-known and has a lot of nice buns. The installation process as a whole looks about the same as in VirtalBox.
Most likely there are some other options, but these two are most likely the most popular.
I always work in Parallels, a very convenient program in terms of setup and use. I advise.
