It depends on the region where you live, doesn't it?

I use the services of unlimited * Internet from Beeline, up to 1GB per month, then they cut it, plus they provide a profile for beeline_wifi_wpa that are stuck all over Moscow. It costs 390 rubles per month, it is connected as a service.

I chose MTS for my communicator with their “Unlimited Internet from the phone”. This is the usual "unlimited" with a limit of 5MB per hour and 70MB per day. Then it also works, but the speed is cut to disgrace. I have enough. All the fun costs 200r per month.

There is such a unit, but it is better to look for WiFi access. and so the 3G tariff from Megafonych costs - a sim card without being tied to a full name and 100 rubles on the account (100 rubles is the cost of a sim card).

MTS has good speed, but they cut quickly! Megafon has less speed, but more stable! And Beeline generally throws out of the network all the time!

I see that the topic was created a long time ago, but still I will answer because I recently bought an iPad for myself and the same question arose. So for a long time I could not choose a tariff, but then I still settled on MTS, although I don’t really like it. I took the Smart Nonstop tariff for myself, here everything about it is described in detail on the promo . So the Internet surprisingly works well, there is almost always a connection, and so far there have been no hard problems with it.
