Bundle of Megafon R1 router and Megafon 4G modem (Huawei E392)

Need help: there is a 3G router Megafon R1 (aka SENSEIT R1) and a 4G modem Huawei E392. Naturally, they are not friends with each other. There is a modification of the Megafon R1 4G router, which seems to be one-to-one previous router, but there is no firmware for my router in the public domain (correct if I'm wrong).

Hence the three questions:
1. is it possible to somehow make friends with these two devices
2. There is also a netbook for Win7. Is it possible to somehow configure it so that the netbook takes the Internet through we can, gives it to the router, and that would distribute the network via Wi-Fi. I can not figure out the settings of the router to do this. There may be clear instructions somewhere.
3. It would be possible to distribute via Wi-Fi of the netbook itself, but programs like "Connectify me" for some reason do not work well with Android phones. But maybe I just used the wrong software. Again, tell me something worthy. But this option is not the most successful, because. the range of the received hot spot is not very large.

@Chamie

On the third point:
Connectify, emnip, in the free version, only AdHoc networks can do it. In addition to it, there is other free software, or you can use Win7 alone, there is an article on this topic on Habré: Switching WiFi to access point mode in Windows

Or maybe it's easier to spend an amount comparable to a monthly payment for traffic and buy another router ?
I just recently launched the E392 with Yota under it - it is configured intuitively, it works reliably ...
