I connected the organization to Megafon (Orenburg, Volga branch) in December, only because of the coverage in every wilderness.
Personal account does not work, pops up "Error 500, contact the server administrator" when entering the correct username and password.
Created applications both by phone and via e-mail, sent them screenshots. Closed 4 applications with comments "no problems were found on our part."
Where can I write so that someone there already moves and passes the application further than the first line?

write a claim on behalf of the organization on paper. send by valuable letter with an inventory. threaten to sue. may move. (I fought with MTS like that)
