API

Do Megafon, MTS, Beeline personal accounts have an API?

It is necessary when a call comes in to a phone number (regular cell), or parse them through an API request. Or that an API request is sent from their system with the content of the caller's number, which (my) number is being called, well, and some other information about the call, which is possible, date, time, and city, or something else, for example.
Is there such a thing, has anyone studied the issue?

Beeline SIM cards connected to the cloud PBX service have such an API.

You conclude an agreement for a legal entity, any operator from the big three makes a webhook and to your server when you call with all the information. Naturally, there is an API with call history and conversation records.

Yes, Beeline has official API access to your personal account.
MTS in a closed test has access to a personal account via API
Megafon for partners has access to a greenfield via API.
But, as a rule, they do not advertise all this and a special access level + signing of add-ons is required.

The answer is negative.
I don't think technical terms are appropriate here.
Did you do these things with your "personal account" without magic "API"?

You can enter from the other side. If you use a smartphone, you can install the SMS Backup + application on it . The application keeps a log of all incoming and outgoing calls in the attached gmail box under a separate label (does not interfere with working with letters). Saved: phone number, name from the notebook, call direction, call duration. Then you can work with this data through the GMail API.
