Is it possible to make forwarding from the Multiphone / Megaphone to the SIP number I need with the standard settings?

Standard settings of what?
By standard means of Multiphone, you can choose where calls will go
1) SIM
2) SIP
3) SIM + SIP By
standard means of Megaphone, you can set call forwarding to regular numbers
