Which operator to choose for an LTE router in Europe?

We are going to Portugal, Spain for two weeks. There is a sim free LTE router for Internet on the go. I google a normal operator so that you can not change your SIM card when moving around the countries. There are many offers, so I decided to ask here. Maybe someone has experience?

The best solution for all of Europe is Vodafone NL (Netherlands). Super-fares, online replenishment with any card or via PayPal, they don’t want a passport, they don’t hammer into the brain.
Can be bought on eBay.
In Spain, you can safely take Orange with the Mundo tariff or the Vodafone package. From June 15, roaming is canceled in the EU and all packages will be valid in other EU countries with a few exceptions (super-cheap packages for use "only within the country", as well as SIM-cards of Lithuania, Poland).
To buy a SIM in Spain, you will be asked for a passport.
