Which Open Source CRM in Java to choose, which has the ability to use GPS navigation?

Greetings to all,
The company plans to implement CRM, most of the users are remote employees "field work" of about 300 people. It is necessary, among other things, to draw up customer visit schedules, rules, visit routes on the map, and track the visits themselves. For field workers, all this should work on iOS
Since I'm currently studying Java, I would like to "impose" a Java solution on the employer. I suppose this solution should be web, so that there is a multi-platform, ease of administration and development.

"Forcing" is a bad idea. very bad.
iOS native - Swift, Sishka.
server side option - whatever - Asp.Net, NodeJS, Rails, Java, Python, Perl finally.
Open source CRM is a very strange concept, so to speak. - the default options will have to be finished, recut, search for theme plugins and all that, including your GPS (and what you mean by this is not very clear to me)
but paid CRM - what difference does it make to you on what they are made - you are a client - you pay , you get functionality.
And I will disappoint you - on your knee you will finish these products yourself, finish and finish, and nothing but finish ..
