How to eliminate erroneous GPS coordinates in mobile devices?

Good day.
The problem is that the device (at least Galaxy tablets from Samsung) with GPS receives erroneous coordinates from the satellite.
How to understand it:
Tablets have an application that works with GPS and records the coordinates of the device's location every minute. As practice has shown, sometimes the coordinates do not match the real location of the device. Deviations can be from several blocks to several kilometers. When tracking errors, an experiment was conducted during which the device was at the same point for some time. During this time, the coordinates changed several times, sometimes moving a kilometer, then returning back.
What is the reason for such misinformation from GPS and how can we fight it?

So far, the only solution found is to use the coordinate accuracy value obtained along with the coordinates. Based on this value, you can filter out 'doubtful' points, leaving only reliable ones.
