Hello, please tell me what the values refer to, starting from line 2 of the Rinex Obs file.
In 1 line, I determined the number of satellites - 10. (hence 10 lines), each line has 7 columns of values, and what they refer to

That is, you want someone to guess what a record from a file means, the format of which can be very different, and which is described in its header, but for some reason you don’t want to give the header itself.
I’m embarrassed to ask, have you read the description of the format at all and could you understand at least something from it? (I'm not talking about reading data structures from that Java file I gave you a link to in the answer to the last question.)
