Which office to choose for outsourcing IT support for a small company?

The story is as follows - a small office, about 10 computers.
Before that, a certain "administrator" worked, who eventually pissed off important data and, on the whole, got sick of his unprofessionalism.
Actually a question: advise normal office for IT support of the small company.
The requirements are approximately the following:
- organizing a normal backup of key data (small ~ 30 GB)
Occasionally
- installing antiviruses
- connecting / disconnecting printers
- occasionally reinstalling Windows /
Google office on a request for IT infrastructure outsourcing produces a bunch of results. There are almost no reviews on them on the Internet.
I would like to hear your experience of interacting with such offices and specific recommendations about who you can work with, and which ones you should definitely not contact.

And what city? Somehow I was looking for "IT Outsourcing" for a small hotel (6 PCs + 3 physical servers with virtualization) in the center of St. Petersburg. So the price range was approximately from 12 to 18 tr. per month. And I myself supported this hotel for 6 tr more than a year.
