Where to find a person for small work?

I work as an assistant to an SEO optimizer, and since the work has piled up decently, I have an idea to delegate part of a simple routine work to some person for money, and I ran into a problem - where to find an adequate and permanent performer?
I tried to create a topic on one forum - a couple of people knocked, who, in principle, merged, without really completing the task
. I think it’s not even worth looking towards axle boxes, I’m not very familiar with freelancing, what will the community advise?
The work is generally simple but routine.
