Which NoSql database to choose for a workflow system?

NoSQL

It is required to write an electronic document management system. The question arises where to store the documents.
I would like to:
1)
Attribute search 2) Full-text search
3) Store binary data in the database to make it easier to back up and manage it all
4) Quick access and scaling
It seems like mongoDB is suitable in conjunction with ellasticsearch are there any other storage options are there ready open sources solutions in this area.
