Lowest memory consuming database for a simple site?

Attendance will not be great, let's say 2000 views per day. About 10 pages will be stored, with a possible increase to 100. Preferably noSQL.
I don’t want to waste expensive memory on a business card site in fact.

SQLite.
100 records is so small that you can do storage "on files". Even with search.
Decisions about resource intensity should only be made based on test data.

You can use Couch as a complete storage solution and as a web server - it can do it.

You can try to do (or take) as in Template CMS on xml files. And in general to do without a DB.

For your task, you do not need a database, but you need the right CMS, for example :
get-simple.info/getsimple.ru/about-get-simple
