Which network storage to choose?

Advise on what equipment to choose for organizing network storage for a small team of 5 people? The peculiarity is that we can connect to the network ONLY via wifi. Clients for Windows and Mac.

The connection does not play a role (except for the fact that it affects the speed / reliability, depending on the chosen type and quality of the solution). Take any NAS. If there is money - Synology, if not - QNAP, if not at all - something simpler. For small volumes, a two-disk model is sufficient. Redundancy is best set up on a mirror.
The amount of information was not indicated, we believe that it is small. Then for two disks, if office docks, and not some kind of graphics, you can take fours or sixes. Put them in a mirror.
Attention! Only take CMR disks, do not take SMR!
Then buy a UPS for the NAS, some type of APC BackUPS 650 with a USB port (this is if the NAS is normal and supports "communication" with the UPS, Synology \ QNAP can definitely, what's with the others, I don't know). We stick the NAS into it (into the correct socket) and configure the NAS so that it gently turns off on time. Every few years we change the battery in the UPS (if you bought one, where you can, for example, the one indicated).
We connect to the network. About the network you wrote incomprehensibly - do your clients connect only via WiFi, or NAS too? If the latter, then everything is more fun in terms of connection, and in terms of speed and reliability. You can plug a wifi dongle into Synology and it will work over wifi. I don’t know about the rest, probably too, but the simple ones like MyBook are simply not in the know. In extreme cases, you will have to buy some kind of router for them :)
We set up backup and shared folders, there are plenty of guides for each device on the Internet.
We set up an email notification about problems, we test it.
Remember that a raid is not a backup, and you also need an external drive of the same / larger size, or a size that will fit what you really need to back up, and periodically back up information to it. Do not leave such a disk connected to a NAS \ PC on the network!
It is also desirable to merge somewhere in the cloud.
If there is a server, all the same can be organized on it without a separate NAS.

@Zoominger

For a small team, any household NAS will do.
WD MyCloud or something from Chlaomi. Enough of anything within 15 sput (well, disks, if they are not included).

Any ready-made NAS + wifi card to it
Self-assembled PC, install OpenMediaVault there + wifi card ...
