Help me choose a nettop, I do web development for the most part: pyCharm, Visual Studio, docker, node.js. I am not engaged in graphics, I use a system from the Ubuntu family. The budget is about 40k rubles.

No! The purpose of a nettop is to consume content, to be a typewriter, a replacement for a "terminal" and other things that are not very burdensome.

Soldered processors in nettops are rather weak, I have a Shuttle with this, now I only surf the Internet on it and then the download is often 100%.
Now I took HP DesktopMini - a replaceable processor of the T series, m2 for the system and a screw for data, 2 memory modules in dual-channel mode.
