Which .net course are you missing?

I work as a programmer on the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET MVC, .net core + angular), I teach programming classes at the university.
A proposal was received from the university to develop its own course on .Net (C#)
What is your opinion, is there a need for a new .net course at all? What can be done that will be really useful for listeners? Maybe immediately on .net core 3.0 to give material?
Any advice is welcome. Ideally, companies that are dissatisfied with the preparation of young students who come for practice / employment will call out.

Just a course with an overview of the main features using the example of another blog is unlikely to be interesting in itself, but if something like this: "Developing a scalable application on linux + .net core + azure", then in my opinion it can turn out to be quite a unique and useful course.
Since the goodness from Microsoft has left the walls of Windows, it's time to popularize the development of distributed systems using .net among mere mortals, I think there are no such courses in Russian, so it would be cool to create a course from scratch - from properly setting up the environment and creating a repository to integrating with some azure services and the organization of a horizontally scalable architecture. By the way, all this can be done using the example of the same blog, subject to the above details)
PS And of course, to adapt it not only for reading in universities, but also so that you can listen to it online and go through it, since now there are enough platforms for course authors.

I think it would be useful to get information about migrating .NET applications to .NET Core (2+). That is, rely on a set of (relatively) experienced .NET developers working on legacy code.
Pay attention to:
