Which nas os to choose for hp microserver gen7?

Hello. I have hp microserver gen7:
1. So far 4gb ram
2. 5 disks (4×1tb+ssd)
I want to assemble nas based on it. I tried xpenology, but such lags. Took her down. Now there is a choice of a new os
. I want to implement the following features:
1. Access from anywhere in the world
2. Software for viewing the contents of nas.
3. Synchronization of the photo stream (android ios)
4. Time machine for mac
5. Synchronization of certain folders (photo stream) with the cloud (Google or yandex).
Also further scaling.

Normal Linux, install Nextcloud on it for synchronization and file access functions.
For Timemachine - Netatalk (here's a note for arm, but it's very easy to adapt to x86: https://www.notion.so/TimeMachine-on-ARM-b78b08d3f...
Next on needs, Plex media server, Transmission.

Try FreeNAS . There is not enough memory - at least 8 is necessary and preferably ECC.
