USB 3.0 vs eSATA vs Ethernet 1000 Mbit/s (NAS)?

There is a computer with a single and rather noisy (according to official data 30 dB) WD10EZEX 1TB hard drive. According to simple tests, it was revealed that it is he who makes the most noise.
In order to protect yourself from noise, there are the following options:
For the first 3 options, buy an SSD of at least 64GB, for example Crucial M4 and use it as a system one.
1) SSD + Buy an external box for hdd and connect via USB 3.0 with a 1.8 m cable and bring it to the kitchen (there is already a hole for the wires);
2) SSD + The same as above, only Box eSATA and buy a plank on the back wall of the system unit with a SATA - eSATA adapter.
I know there are boxes where there are both connectors, I read which one is better, as I understand it, usb 3 is better for writing, for reading and eSata access time;
3) SSD + Buy a NAS, from the pros, all devices will have access, from the minuses, the high price and if used as a disk to the computer, then slower than 1 and 2 option. You also need a gigabit router, since it's 100 Mbps now;
4) Like the previous option, buy a NAS, but store only movies, music, backups there, and buy another quieter hard drive in the computer and use it as usual, except for multimedia, it doesn’t require special speed and file access time.
I myself thought for a long time, but maybe someone will advise some significant plus in one or another option to help decide.
Thank you!

1. I don’t know about the 3rd one, (I haven’t tried screws yet, only flash drives), but I had a bad experience with any usb screws, or they were buggy, or
they slowed down 2. as far as I remember, sata has a ceiling of half a meter
3. well, yes, access time will drop critically, but if you store data there - when uploading / downloading - it’s not very noticeable (here, of course, it all depends on the hardware in us and the network
) quiet, but, at the same time, quite nimble (even unexpectedly nimble)

What OS are you planning to use? I personally chose the 3rd option for myself, samba + iscsi + usb3.0 laptop hdd

A little off topic. There are two computers. In both WD Blue (different, one of them is probably WD10EZEX)
Previously, the one that is now in one computer was in a case from another computer.
So, in different cases, the difference in noise seems to be 10 times.
A good case is antec p183, a bad one is inwin, which is 6 years old and cost 2500r along with the database.
There are 6 fans in the antec p183 right now, you can safely leave it at night, 2 meters from the bed, it doesn’t interfere (of course, the computer does not actively use the disk)
So my advice is to try using good cases, it’s cheaper than NAS.

I would consider buying a media player instead of nas. There is less space, but, for example, it will be possible to connect a TV in the kitchen or in the living room to it and not bother with the lack of codecs on the TV. In addition, as a rule, it is possible to raise a normal torrento-rocking chair with a web muzzle on it. In terms of money, it will come out about the same for the same.

after buying an ssd, my hard drive almost stopped making noise, because swap, caches and everything else working is stored on it - only my documents / desktop / downloads / torrents are transferred from it to the hard drive
