Which monitor to choose mainly for text?

First of all for text, secondly for movies and games, and a little bit for graphics.
At the computer all day long.
Diagonal from 23 to 30 (I can’t decide, but I tend to 27 with FullHD resolution).
It is desirable to have FreeSync, height adjustment.
As far as I understand, it will be important for me to have Flicker-free and blue color suppression?
Does the refresh rate greatly affect the comfort when working with text?
The monitor will be at arm's length.
I am nearsighted, with glasses I can see 2/3 of my full vision.
Now I have an old, cheap IPS 21.5 inch 1920x1080.
In terms of color reproduction and response (like 7 ms GtG), it suits me, but everywhere I try to increase the text. Also, on a dark background, I periodically notice "waves".
Budget - 200-400 dollars.
You can increase to $600 if there is a very good option.
