Which monitor to choose for MacBook Pro 13 mid 2014?

I'm looking for a monitor to connect to a MacBook Pro 13 mid 2014 with the following characteristics:

The monitor is needed only for work (coding in C # backend), reading documentation and books, I don't play games. After reading the reviews, while looking closely at the following models:

Questions:
1) Will my old macbook pull the first 2 options ?
2) Is it possible to comfortably use 4K at 27? (I read that due to scaling, the useful surface area is lost)

judging by the specs, he does not pull anything cooler than qhd.
so take any qhd. as for me, with normal vision, more than 27 "does not make sense.
