Which monitor strains your eyes less?

I asked for a new monitor at work and now I'm choosing. Tell me specifically the brand and model, and not some general advice. I have been reading related questions and nowhere is there any specific advice on which monitor to take. Who what uses and as sensations?
ps about exercises for the eyes, etc. Don't tell me, I already know everything. Monitor only please)

Option number 1 to come to the store and choose for yourself, looking at all the monitors and choosing the one that is the least annoying for your eyes.
option number 2 buy any one you like, go to an ophthalmologist or an optics salon and describe your problem (the monitor strains or irritates the eyes) they can offer you a universal solution

As you ask, I won’t specifically name the brand, but look at which one has a higher frequency. On sale there are 100 Hz. models, I think their eyes will get tired less. Also, the higher the clarity, the better, the less the eyes have to strain to focus.

Dell monitors are very good, they are used by self-respecting designers. Choose from this company, the mandatory criterion is more than 100Hz

Monitors with retinas are great, on a 15-inch poppy, the load on the eyes has dropped significantly.

I have a regular 19' LCD Samsung Brightness 0, Contrast 100. So, in my opinion, my eyes get tired less. I think a lot depends on the brightness of the monitor and the size of the letters (the brightness is less, the size of the letters is larger). I specifically set a low resolution (1024x768) on my monitor so that the letters were large. I find it greatly reduces eye strain.
There are also drops of Defislez. They cost about 30-40 rubles. They help a lot too. You can bury many times a day, because. this is essentially an ordinary tear, i.e. completely harmless to the body.

Previously, at home there was a monitor with a PVA matrix, the eyes did not get tired, compared to TN at work. Look at the matrices MVA, PVA. If you do not play them, then the image is just perfect (IMHO).
