Glitches they slip in your perception, and in the shells these are features or fixed in the bug tracker.
So the list of "glitches" one by one and maybe they will tell you how to fix it
Used to be on lightweight xfce. But there are a lot of bugs. Now switched to Cinnamon. As for me, I did not notice any special bugs. Disabled the effects - I did not notice much difference with xfce (in terms of performance).
