Which media player to choose with a browser?

The TV we have turned out to be without a browser, so we need some kind of device with Wi-Fi, HDMI and a modern browser. You can, of course, assemble a computer or, there, a Raspberry Pi, but maybe there is some simple, ready-made and not very expensive solution? (within, say, 10 tr.) We are

We use this Zotac as a device for automatically launching Chrome with a certain site. Stuck behind the TV. For about a year it worked without problems, then it began to hang regularly due to overheating. I had to collective farm a 6-cm fan, power it from a single USB. We thought to look for alternatives, in this form factor everything else is even worse. Intel has about 4 models, all castrated in their own way.
Demanding on the power of the power supply. The complete PSU for 3A did not fit in the narrow space behind the TV, but there were a couple of models that we managed to use. With any random 2A PSU, strange effects occur when starting Windows.
