Which media player or Smart TV to choose for the reception?

We want to install a TV set at the entrance to the office, which would continuously (12-14 hours a day) play photos and videos about the company (i.e. interspersed, then a slideshow with pictures, then vidos). The Wi-Fi signal at the intended installation location is weak, so I would like to be able to download this content to the device's memory or connect an external drive via USB.
Video clips will not be very heavy (720p, duration 2-5 minutes).
Two important requirements:

1. Bezglyuchnost with constant work. Not comme il faut if the device has to be rebooted once a day.
   
2. I would like the solution to have the necessary functionality out of the box, that is, it does not require fuss with firmware, add-ons (updates do not count).

Please advise a media player or Smart TV suitable for this task (the TV set has not yet been bought).

Hello. We use 16 TV 42LG3000 in 4 stores, I work both from flash drives and through Beholder media players for 12 hours every day for more than 3 years. LG 42LV3500 works at home. I recommend taking modern analogues from LG.
