How to make a slide show on all TVs in different branches?

, they are all connected using a vpn tunnel
, each branch has a TV + PC via hdmi
, you need to add photos to the program and somehow it was played on all these TVs.
but the most important thing is that it would not be a video broadcast (I don’t want to load the network + if the Internet between the “server” and the clients disappears, as if the display of photos does not stop)
what would you advise in which direction to dig?
Plex - there is no way to change the speed of the slide show, when adding a new photo, you need to restart the slide show again
VLC - the same video stream loads the network, the Internet is gone, the image is gone.

Put pictures in the same folder on these PCs, auto-updating slideshow can be made in faststone viewer. Any other viewer (like ifranview) can also be restarted from the task scheduler.
