You already answered - there is no such service.
Avatars are not supported by the mail protocol, this only works within services.
Signed up for Yandex - users from Yandex can see an avatar if they use Yandex web.
For Google, you can register a mailbox there and add your email to Google. Then you can already hang an avatar on the Google profile and send it from the main email - users of the Google web mail will see the avatar of the associated profile.
But.
There is no such standard. All who use Outlook, baht and others will not see it. Do not mind it.
